Quote ="Saint #1"2: we don't have a wrestling coach. I remember this was in part of our defence when a player has a disciplinary hearing earlier in the year. But for me, that's a bit tactically naive. Wrestling is such an important part of the game nowadays, I'm amazed we've lasted this long without one. We as fans don't like slowing the play the ball down, but it is part of the game; Saints refusing to hire a wrestling coach doesn't stop other teams wrestling. We have a few good wrestlers in the team, Flanagan is one (potentially because he's got NRL experience) but they are few and far between.'"
That's outrageous if true. Especially considering Nathan brown was supposed to be one of the main culprits for bringing wrestling to the UK.
