Keep Active - Run St Helens!
The St Helens 10K run is back for its third year and, due to its popularity in 2012, has increased its race capacity from 1300 to 1800 runners.

The GPW Recruitment St Helens 10K Run 2013 in association with the Steve Prescott Foundation is the perfect run for all abilities, from novices to club runners. There is also a 2K race for runners aged between 6-11 years old before the main 10K race, ideal for young aspiring athletes.

The 10K and 2K children’s race both finish inside the Saints Stadium, Langtree Park, home to the St Helens Rugby League team.

We encourage all runners of all abilities to enter this race.

History of St Helens 10K
The Hattons Law St Helens 10K Run 2011 was the first St Helens 10K race with approximately 800 runners. The route was lined with spectators as runners ran from St Helens town centre to Victoria Park and back again.

The route changed slightly in the GPW Legal Services St Helens 10K 2012. The start and finish were both in Langtree Park Stadium home to Saints. The number of runners increased to approximately 1250. The number of spectators also increased along the course, plus there were large crowds inside the Saints Stadium cheering all participants as they finished.

The GPW Recruitment St Helens 10K Run 2013 is the third St Helens 10K race.

This year we are aiming to make the St Helens 10K Run one of the most successful runs in the northwest. All participants of the GPW Legal Services St Helens 10k Run 2012 were given the opportunity to complete a survey to tell us what we should “continue” doing, ”start” doing and “stop” doing.
