I read about these problems at the Saints shop, but I've yet to have one other than when the debit card system went down (and that happens to all shops at some point). I've always found the staff there to be friendly and helpful, and they apologise if they don't have something in stock.
Perhaps I've been lucky but I really have yet to experience any problems. I don't go to the shop at the ground, just to the town centre shop.
Must admit my last experience of both shops has been positive.
Called in at KR shop last week to get one of the new training vests. They had none in my size and said because they'd cut the order down from last year could be 16 weeks before a new stock arrived! They offered to phone the town centre store to see if they had any in my size. They did and resereved it for me. Both stores were very helpful.
Bit concerned about cutting down on merchandise orders though. Club shop did say the training vests and hoodies had flown out.
