Quote ="Tony Soprano"To be fair on Gotcha I think he meant Grand Finals as he is fully aware of Wigans legacy.
I agree with your assessment, when he retires he will go down as a Leeds legend, I would be very very surprised if he wins it and I haven't seen many Leeds or any other fans that think he will but he is a deserving candidate, I think every team could do with a Sinfield and it shows at Leeds when he's not in the team. It just seems that not many opposition fans rate him.
I've wrote his list of honors above that speak for themselves, he's got the individual awards to go with the team ones.
I am surprised that some England "fans" couldn't be a big happier that 2 English players were in the running but hey ho.'"
Agree.
The ones who don't rate SInfield are those disappointed that he has not replicated his performances at Leeds on the international field generally or the predjudicial given that KS is a player 'who gets up your nose.'
I have rated his value to Leeds for some time. He is a player who moves come off, and someone who likes a tough game.
If he was out of the team maguire and to a lesser extent, Burrow , would struggle more.
Good luck to the Englishmen, but the lvel of cynicism is more down to the fact we have been slammed by the Aussies for thirty years now, and even if we pulled the rabbit out of the hat at the weekend, this would remian true.
