Also was touch judge for a game against Gateshead in 2014. Here's a photo from a little while ago - I think he's the one on the left, but you can see why I can't be sure:
Touch Judge: Matt Rossleigh (Southern)
Fourth Oxford game this year, including the Lock Lane game. Is Australian and a West Ham fan, so has the chance to see his country get beat at his club's stadium later this year. Here he is at Fenway Park, with the Green Monster in the background.
Touch Judge: Tom Mather (Southern)
A welcome quick return after officiating in the victory last week. Fourth Oxford game this season, and was the reserve referee in the Lock Lane game.
Reserve Referee: T Scott
New name to me. All I could find was that he refereed an Under-16 game in the north-west earlier this year. Not involved in the Lock Lane game.
Match Commissioner: Dave Moss
Fourth Oxford game this season, two at Maidenhead (including of course the Lock Lane game) and two at Tilsley Park. I also saw him on duty in my one-and-only trip to Ealing, so it looks like the RFL like to keep him away from real grass. Was a submariner with the Royal Navy but doesn't like to talk about it. You have to guess which one he is:
