| Referee: Sam Ansell (Huddersfield). One previous Oxford game:
12/07/2015 - Oxford 4 Swinton 96 (penalties 8-4 against Oxford)
Obviously the result was entirely his fault.... Was down to do the All Golds home game but replaced before game day. Also refereed Swinton a couple of weeks ago, which they won.
Reserve: Jason Woodman (Halifax)
Last time he got a appointment I went into a lot of detail and the RFL removed him before the game, so just the basics this time. He's been touch judge three times this season, most recently away to Oldham. Was also reserve referee for our first ever game.
Touch Judge: T Owen
Third time this season, most recently in the away game at Oldham. Still haven't found any more out about him.
Touch Judge: Jack Pullein (Huddersfield)
Touch judge at our only ever Cup win (away to Hemel this season) and for the warm-up match at Hunslet Warriors.
Match Commissioner: Paul Crashley (Wakefield)
Third time this season, most recently in the away game at Oldham. Former top flight referee.
So if you add up the scores from the most recent game for the five of them, it's 26-298.
In other news, Challenge Cup Final appointments include:
Touch Judge: Clint Sharrad. Refereed 3 Oxford games in 2013.
Touch Judge: Joe Cobb. Refereed 1 Oxford game in 2013.
Reserve Touch Judge: J Roberts. Assuming this is Jonathan Roberts, refereed 3 Oxford games this year.
Match Commissioner: Gerry Kershaw. Match Commissioner for one Oxford game this year, and at least a couple more in previous seasons.
So clearly our five on Bank Holiday Monday have hope for the future.

| Sam Ansell has been replaced again! Could be a good thing...
We now have T Grant. Think we've had him a few times before

| Replacement Referee - Tom Grant (Leeds). First season at this level.
26/04/2015 - Oxford 31 Hemel 28 (penalties 8-2 in favour! - fewest penalties Oxford have ever conceded in a game)
05/07/2015 - Keighley 44 Oxford 14 (official penalty count 9-5 against which was clearly fiction, ORL said penalty count was 15-2 against, I reckon more like 15-5 against). Ignoring the nonsensical official figure, the most penalties Oxford have ever conceded in a game.

| Tom Owen is from Leigh and started refereeing in his early-mid teens.
