HRM = Holly Rust-March previous nickname was Essex Rust-March or TOWIE as I’m originally from Essex
BA = How long have you been in Rugby League ?
HRM = Oxfords first two seasons!
BA = Which other sports do you work in ?
HRM = I have worked in football and rugby union
BA = Which player is always coming to you on match day ?
HRM = There are always a few! I see a lot of the team on a match day some just for taping but others depending on injuries.
BA = What is your best moment in Rugby League ?
HRM = I think our last few games! We’ve had a tough year but pulled together for the end of this season.
BA = What is your funniest moment in Rugby League ?
HRM = General dressing room banter….some of the stuff the boys come out with is so ridiculous.
BA = What do you think of Rugby League ?
HRM = These last two years have been my only experience in rugby league. It’s a great sport, fast paced and keeps me busy with lots of injuries.
BA = Who give you the most trouble player, coach or back room staff ?
HRM = Sometimes the players can get frustrated with their injuries, but on the whole there hasn’t been anyone who’s been trouble.
BA = How did you become the ORL Physiotherapist. ?
HRM = Had been working with Oxford Harlequins and TB gave me a call
BA = What is it like working for the ORL ?
HRM = Great fun, it’s been a brilliant two years, the backroom staff and coaching team are a pleasure to work with
BA = We’re do you see the ORL in the next 5 year ?
HRM = I can only see this side going from strength to strength. The management have a great vision for the club.
BA = Do you think you can help raise the profile of the ORL ?
HRM = Certainly! Some of my friends and colleagues have been to watch matches and I generally chat about working for ORL to my patients!
BA = Can you tell us 5 things about the Club ?
HRM = 1. Great personalities, 2. Team spirit, 3. Enthusiastic and faithful supporters, 4. Extended family, 5. Future development
BA = What would you like from the ORL Blue Army ?
HRM = Continued support!
BA = Is there anything you would like to say to the Club, the player and supporters ?
HRM = A massive thank you to all…. Its been a fantastic opportunity to work and be a part of this club. The players (although at times are challenging) have been great to work with and we’ve all learnt a lot this season. To the supporters it means such a lot to have you there cheering us on!
