We still light in props for me and it's vital Holroyd get game time I'd like A.Sutcliffe to stay in team as well but with Mellor and possibly Donaldson back think he'll get pushed down the pecking order.

The trouble with scrapping it is it would be even more financially devastating

Prior, Martin, Mellor, Holroyd, Briscoe and Mclelland out of the 21 man squad. Cuthbertson and Ferres come in. Anyone’s guess who the seventh is.

Regardless of all this carry on it's still better for these players to be playing and the games to be going ahead. Having all players sit out for so many months then starting up again next year going in cold poses it's own problems.
