What a bloke. That interview with Jon Wells was class. This man needs to be head coach next season. Forget 2016 (challenge cup aside), and build for next year. There is not a hope in hell that we will get relegated. These kids are good. And they'll be even better by August. Let's just get this season over, get JJB and Sinfield on the coaching staff and watch this next generation flourish.

Totally agree JJB is class at everything he does and says and it would be brilliant if him Kev, JP and Kylie were all on the coaching staff in a year or two

I wouldn't go as far to say he should be coach but definatley when he speaks you can't help but be drawn into what he's saying. Should definatley be kept around, his passion and enthusiasm is infectious.

As good as Wells' guide through tries is, it was quite refreshing seeing a player open up about his club in depth and truthful way instead of just just some guy saying "well we're targeting that guy in defence" (which TBH is getting repetative and almost boring now)

I think the player welfare role that Kylie is doing at the moment is custom made for someone like JJB. Who else would you want around your young players, helping to guide them through their professional lives?

Infectious is definitely the word. If he was my gaffer, I'd really give a stuff about my job. They need to keep him involved in these young players development

As a Wigan fan that doesn't really rate him as a player and hates his speaking voice I was enthralled by his insight into the Leeds culture. Great listening and it swayed my opinion of him a little.

In what way do you not rate him? he is a 100%er every week , look at his numbers, leads from the front and never takes a backward step. If its on a world level you don't rate him then maybe he falls a little short, but any team in SL would be better off for having a JJB around, he will be missed when he calls it a day.

What did he say then?

Well there wasn't any match analysis, it was more along the lines of "We few, we happy few.....etc" (Henry V reference). He has the joy and enthusiasm for the future of an 18 year old. Awesome dude.
