Why would an "investor" take over the Bulls? No doubt it's been terribly managed and has the possibility of running as a break-even business, but if that, after an initial investment, is the very best result you can hope for, whereas worst-case possibilities would see you burning £1million+ every year then who would take it over? Only a sugar daddy who doesn't care about losses or a deluded ego-fueled megalomaniac.

If you are an ambitious out of work coach, then this is a no-lose job until the end of the season.

Except for the minor details of who will be paying your wages.

I think the suggestion is that you do it for nothing and at worst put yourself in the shop window

Would need somebody more versed in employment law to clarify, but how can they appoint another coach without being liable for compensation to Potter and others? If the position itself becomes redundant I think they can get away with it, but not if somebody else is appointed.

Anyway, the ground staff, ticketing staff, etc have gone too. There's no point coaching a team if they've no pitch to run out onto.

Who said anything about getting paid? Hence it would be more attractive to one currently out of work.

If they go into liquidation maybe it would be cheaper for someone like Caisley to reform them,but would they be allowed back in SL?They could be playing Bramley Buffaloes at the Arthur Miller stadium next season

Hope someone at HQ has the wits to snap him up. That lad is Blue and Amber all the way through.

I remember years ago talking to Stuart Duffy at an academy match. Ady Morley was playing for Leeds so that tells you how long ago it was. Duffy claimed at the time he would rather stick pins in his eyes than work for the Bulls. DAO you are right, cut Stuart in half, even after all these years, and it's still B&A all the way.

Yes he's good at claiming lots of things. The stories he's told. Should be a politician. Not good news tho.

Next time you see him ask him what he was doing on the centre spot late one Friday evening the day before John Holmes was due to kick off on the Saturday
