Just ready to set off walking . Went to get my boots rom the doorstep where I had put them out for a breather only to find some scrote has decided they needed them more than I do . Wouldn't mind so much , but I only bought them yesterday , and had only walked about 10 miles in them .
Ahh well , never mind . Another trip to the shop to get some more , and I will be on my way . Might miss kick-off .

Guess who got nearly all the way to Batley only to realise when he went into a shop to buy a drink that he had left his wallet at home . Turned round and came home . No point in walking the last two miles or so because I wouldn't have got into the game . Wallet was in the coat I'd been wearing when I went shopping to replace boots that got nicked this morning . Sounds like I missed a good game .

Oh ! And it pi55ed it down all day . So at least I got to check out my waterproofs .
