Its value is what someone will pay for it, the fact that the seller thinks its "value" is £4500 is irrelevant, if it doesn't find someone willing to pay £1500 for it within the 18 day selling period then its "value" is nil, or somewhere between nil and £1499.

If they were going to do that, the plate would say N0RTII ERN surely?

Surely it is the wrong time to sell this and hope to get a good price. Not only is everyone skint, Bulls are rubbish and only have about 10 fans at the minute.

Private registration plates like these are nothing but overpriced tacky adornments that serve no purpose other than to massage the ego of the vehicle owner.
