How many did the Warrington backline score individually this season? that's your upper benchmark, because teams are unlikley to repeat their try scoring from this season as a team.

To get a left or right winger over 20 times in a season, is usually at the detriment of the other side of the field. So highly unlikely that four players from one side would score 80 tries between them.

Dont know what that means? Is it teenage text speak?

To be fair that's higher than I though. But does back up the theory (I think?) that one side will suffer for the other side of the field.

Yes SL only, no idea if it includes play offs

Hall is 2nd 1 try behind Tomkins before the play offs if they are not included, How many did he get in the play offs 5?

Right so those stats don't include the Play-Offs or Challenge Cup.

Using all competitive games the Leeds quartet of Hall, Watkins, Jones-Bishop and Hardaker managed 68 between them in 2011 but that figure drops to 50 if only accepting the SL Regular Rounds.

Thats really good to say only Hall has played most of the season

If I were to offer an example of what could happen at Leeds I'd look at 2005.

Usual three-quarter line consisting of: Calderwood, Walker, Senior and Bai

All competitive fixtures - 97
SL Regular Rounds - 81

Was Leeds 2005 similar to the Warrington side this season in terms of total points scored?

Personally I think those are the exeptions, and the norm as the competition gets closer will be for lower scoring than those two years, which in turn would reduce the number of tries for a side.

Chris Bridge spent most of the season at right centre scoring 17 tries with King outside him.

He spent most of the season in the reserves, at Quins or out of favour with Williams playing.

This year between those four they got 68 tries, with three of them playing the equivalent of half a season each. If they all played for a whole year 80 between them is certainly not impossible - I'd suggest possibly at the expense of our halfbacks who have probably scored more tries than most pairings going round.

Agree with the above they could easily get 80 try's but that would come at the expense of try's coming from hb and full back other areas around the field

Quite so, although the likelihood of a 3/4 line going through an entire season injury-free must be a very unusual circumstance.

I think it would be very unlikely to go all season without injury in the back line!!
