All I'm seeing there is a Wire fan who is desperate for his team to finally notch up a win against Saints, and who can blame him/her given this appallingly lop-sided record?

I can understand why given the historical record of results between them during the SL era. The inclusion of Wellens and Graham in the Saints team just makes Wire's job even more difficult.

If Saints were playing Wigan or Leeds this weekend, do you think (given that those matches are clearly not as important as the mighty Wire match!!) that Wellens & Graham would be given an extra week to recover? Yes or No?

So lets roll back 4/5/6/7 (i could go on) seasons when we were not challenging at the top... and we were not winning cups... yet this record existed and saints WERE risking players who were not fully fit because of the record...... NOT because we were challengers to their league position.
