Saints are still a top team and haven’t relied as much on Sean Long as much as I though they would of needed to in order to maintain a top two finish this year. I recon Warrington will have they best ever super league year and that Wigan will just trail behind them. Hull FC back to they best with the likes of Huddersfield and Hull KR dropping from last years efforts.

Good to see you haven't been quick to write saints off because they will still probably be the closest team to leeds although you would expect warrington to really start to nail down a serious challenge with smith there.

Can't help but feel huddersfield's best shot at a trophy was this year.

Bulls have the potential to turn it around. KR are a good team but can't see them finishing top 4 again.

I'm intrigued at all these people writing off Saints.

They have a crop of juniors emerging to rival those Leeds produced at the start of the decade. I reckon they will be the closest challengers to Leeds again.

I think Huddersfield will do well again but with tougther competition, but not Hull KR aswell.

Bit late isnt it

Wigan, Bradford & Wire should finish higher next year with a better start to the season, Huddersfield & Hull KR will find it hard to back up with a finish as high as this year and there is always one team who exceed expectations.

Next year's surprise package will be Leeds as we will win the GF and the CC.

Think Wigan will finish 4/5, and Wire 3/4. Leeds and Saints to be top 2 again. Bulls will continue to struggle without their talisman Burgess and with a very poor set of backs.

Our key players are at a peak age, we have a few talented youngters knocking on the door, add to some decent signings and the fact we are getting into the habbit of winning finals I think if ever we had a chance to win both, then next season is it.

But I don't think we can go over the top. Warrington are going to be a force after tony smith has had a full pre season, wigan have been 80 minutes from OT the last few years, they'll be up there again.

And so will saints.

I think it is.

Unfortunately, that's as early as I ever get it during the week - the joys of professional life....
