Just watching the Leeds V Saints game is the JJB tackle that all the saints fans are having a hissy fit about the one at around 10mins into the game? if so, they are idiots!

My word, having read some of the stuff saints fans have written on here I was expecting far worse!

They're complaining about Leeds tactics in the game, not just that tackle.

Yeh we aren't allowed to tackle hard or play better than them!!

It'd be different if your players were on the receiving end of it though. No one minds a tough game, but there were a few incidents where Leeds players just went down the yellow route.

JJB, Webb and Kylie all put in very cheap shots that you would be up in arms about were it against your lot and not by them.

I still haven't seen Kylie's incident and i've watched the game a few times now!

For Webb's i think it was a case of lazyness but Eastmond was going down aswell.

Not forgetting Gilmour punching a team mate

If we were on the receiving end I'd have been unhappy about the JJB tackle but nothing else.

I condemned it on here and I condemned the one we did at knowsley Road. There's no place for it.

But despite what you may think by reading threads on here its' not a tactic isolated to Leeds. The mighty "S" have also had a player banned for it, unlike us.

Having seen the "chicken wing" tackles that have happened in the NRL i didn't think it was as bad as has been made out!!
However if it's similar to the one that got mary banned then there's no arguments!

It's worse.

The club shop sell a DVD of the game but at £10 a pop they're a bit steep.

If that's the case then i'd expect a ban and no appeal!!
