2) Scoring System for table covering 23 RegularRounds: Correct position scores 0, 1 away from correct position scores 1, 2 away scores 2 etc
3) In brackets: number of correct positions on table
4) Minus points awarded for Play-Off, Promotion, GF and CC winners as follows:
1 - SL Top 4 prediction -1 point per correct team selected, + additional -1 point if in correct position
2 - Middle 8's Top 4 prediction -1 point per correct returning/promoted team selected
3 - Winners Grand Final and Challenge Cup -3 points for each
5) In brackets where applicable: number of correct predictions in this section

Tie-Break – The most minus points (Business end of Season predictions) then by position at the end of Round 23 Regular Rounds, then by most correct positions (inc both sections) and then if necessary by date of entry order.

So congrats to
ducknumber1 - our 2016 Champion – and it was by some margin this year. Achieving six correct predictions in the Regular Rounds before the split must have taken some doing.
Total number of entries were up this year by 22.5% a vote of confidence in the new format.
