Our coach doesn't believe in game plans for finals, doubt he would consider mind games.

While rather simplistic, Brian is onto something there - shame we don't seem able to actually execute that plan so far this season (especially in the Wigan home game where we were good enough but definitely not for long enough

Fit to play centres and Cup Finals always cause me sleepless nights.
Two injured centres coming off the field early will screw us up big time.

It's the 80 minute performance hurdle that Leeds will need to overcome.

Wigan find ways to win, like we used to. We need to dust our selves down for one last stand.

You're right...remember how the opposition had to concentrate for the full 80 for fear that Leeds would still snatch an unlikely win....and they often did. A sign of a champion side. Wigan now hold that acclamation.

Leeds really do need to play the full 80; something they have not done all season (even in those close games against tomorrow's opponents). They have the capability for this one great effort i'm sure: the players certainly need no extra incentive. They will all realise it might just be their last chance in this team for many of them to complete their medal haul.

Not sure who a wet game would favour though.

From performances this year wet conditions IMO suit Wigan better. More organised stronger down the middle and from this season we seem to risk more passes which might lead to more mistakes.

But anything can happen, hopefully we can win

With the news that Watkins has been passed fit to play I fear that the first time he takes the ball into a tackle the 3rd Wigan tackler will target his knees.
Either Leuluai or more likely Lima if he starts the game.

That is a completely accurate example of the sort of Wigans tactics used over the last few years.

Have to agree...big gamble even if not so. Would have to consider Smith on the bench which means starting McGuire and Burrow: not gonna happen though is it.

..but we all know that aint gonna happen either.)
