Need to get our heads on now and give em hell in the playoffs. We’re a good team and imo are better than Leicester and Ipswich who we’ve beaten home and away - hammered Ipswich overall.. We can do this.

The playoffs will be interesting. Only Norwich, and (if they get 6th) Hull are in anything approaching decent form.

Ironic/frustrating that Blackburn’s and Coventrys best performances of the season was against us. Assuming we go into the playoffs I am hoping the team is mentally strong. Talent wise we are more than capable. Notice Leicester are having a joke at our expense (fair enough) will be delighted if they are relegated next season.

Maybe Southampton could turn it around in the playoffs as they have some experienced players in that squad.
The way we have played our last 7 games doesn`t fill me with a lot of confidence.
However the way we played before the break we should walk the play offs.

Agree with all that, have posted several times that the break absolutely changed everything. Since then as a team we look disjointed, if Farke gets them in shape we shouldn’t have any problems.

How can they possibly have cheated - the rules in the Championship are different from the PL and the situation is judged over a three year period. Leicester have only been in the Championship one year!!

The discrepencies - such as they were - happened in the PL and they were relegated so deducting more points would have made no difference to their situation.

If Leeds don't up this year there will have be some significant departures to comply as the parachute payments fall dramatically.

indeed. they broke the spending this year but put there accounts in 2 months late. on purpose. its different rules in the EFL to premier league.

We have already had 6 or is it 7 letters of apology from the Governing body who control the referees saying they got it wrong and goals should have been disallowed and some players from the opposition should have been sent off.

I`m sure they cheated this year as already mentioned delaying sending in their accounts late which in turn would delay their punishment.
What I don`t understand is why there isn`t any transparency when teams do breach the rules.
For instance late submission of accounts docked 2 points
30-50 million overspend 4 points
51- 60 million 5 points
Increasing by a point for each 10 million overspend and doubled if you exceed 100 million.
All points deducted in the season where the overspend takes place.
So accounts submitted January 31st points deducted 1st Feb.
No appeals allowed.

Not only will we have to sell players we also have to pay out near on 70 million in transfer fees by the end of June regardless if we go up or not.
The only good thing if we do go up apart from the additional income is we can sell the likes of Harrison as staying in the Championship allows players like him to continue to go out on loan therefore not bringing in any income.
