We is exactly why we shouldn't be looking at this match that way. We should be resting players whilst we can, and giving others an opportunity so that they are ready when the time is needed. The hectic easter period is only a few weeks away.
Yes we could get a big score, but then we could end up with players injured and end up the week after having a big score against.
We could put most of our under 19's out this week and still probably win. So not really much of a risk to have a look at say 3 or 4 of them only.

| If ever the sport needed to score another embarrassing own goal, Leeds V London on Sky should fit the bill.

Duckworth hasn't played & Foster has offered nothing so far.
Minns on the other hand has been impressive.

| Whilst I agree with most on here that we need to rest the players that are carrying knocks (Delaney & JP), I wouldn't make massive wholesale changes. Its been done in the past and it bit us on the ar5e. If JP isn't playing I wouldn't rest Sir Kev, We still need a leader on the pitch whoever the oppo is.
Id go with this
1 Hardaker
2 BJB
3 Watkins
4 Ablett
5 Hall
6 Sinfield
7 Mags
8 Kylie
9 Aiton
10 Singleton
11 JJB
12 Ward
13 Bailey
14 Burrow
15 Briscoe
16 Achurch
17 Mullhern
I feel we need to go in for the kill on Friday, name a strong team and get our points difference up. Having two backs on the bench means things can be changed during the game (ablett back in to the pack etc).
We really don't want an embarrassing result on Friday especially in front of the sky cameras.

| Keep working on the Watkins Briscoe partnership, put BJB outside Ablett and rest Hall.
Try and see 80mins from Aiton as we would likely need to if we ever saw an injury at Half Back, Burrow and Mcguire in the halves, rest Sinfield.
JP and Kylie rested, BIG minutes for Singleton, Bailey and Achurch,
Ward and JJB in the back row, try and give some extra minutes to Minchella,
Hardaker
Briscoe
Watkins
Ablett
BJB
Mcguire
Burrow
Bailey
Aiton
Singleton
Ward
JJB
Clarkson
Minchella,
Achurch,
Kirke
Youth player who deserves a go.

Suprised re Foster as i really liked the look of this lad last year. That been said, can't be easy for any forward to stand out if the pack is getting hammered each week.

Brian McDermott has named his 19 man squad to face London Broncos this Friday at Headingley Carnegie with Ryan Hall and Ian Kirke set to return to the side and young prop Rob Mulhern lined up to make his debut.
Hall missed last Friday's win over Widnes but is back in contention this week whilst Kirke has overcome close season rib surgery. Mulhern, who has been training with the first team squad this pre-season, has been rewarded for his good form in the Under 19s with a call up the first team squad. If he plays, he will wear the number 27 squad number.
Joel Moon is ruled out by the leg injury he picked up last week in the win over the Vikings whilst Jamie Peacock and Brett Delaney miss out this week on selection.
The 19 man squad in full is:
1 Zak Hardaker
2 Ben Jones-Bishop
3 Kallum Watkins
5 Ryan Hall
6 Danny McGuire
7 Rob Burrow
8 Kylie Leuluai
9 Paul Aiton
11 Jamie Jones-Buchanan
12 Carl Ablett
13 Kevin Sinfield (c)
14 Stevie Ward
16 Ryan Bailey
17 Ian Kirke
18 Chris Clarkson
19 Mitch Achurch
20 Tom Briscoe
23 Brad Singleton
27 Rob Mulhern

Been looking forward to seeing Minichella playing for the first team, not too sure about Mulhern but it'll be interesting to see how he copes.

| I think the 19 selected is right, and from that 19 would go;
1 Zak Hardaker
2 Ben Jones-Bishop
3 Kallum Watkins
20 Tom Briscoe
5 Ryan Hall
6 Danny McGuire
7 Rob Burrow
8 Kylie Leuluai
9 Paul Aiton
16 Ryan Bailey
11 Jamie Jones-Buchanan
12 Carl Ablett
14 Stevie Ward
17 Ian Kirke
19 Mitch Achurch
23 Brad Singleton
27 Rob Mulhern
Though I suspect that Sinfield will play 6 and Burrow to the bench at the expense of either Achurch/Clarkson.

| Pete Smith says Sinfield's being rested, so if Ward's in the centre maybe this does mean we'll see Hardaker at 6.

Who?
Hall was tremendous tonight, because he's a tremendous player. Without doubt the best wing I have seen pull on a Leeds shirt, with the posdible exception of Grothe. But he barely counts with less than 20 games for us.
Consistently outstanding.

Tremendous (adjective)
very great in amount, scale, or intensity.
synonyms: very great, huge, enormous, immense, colossal, massive, prodigious, stupendous, monumental, mammoth, vast, gigantic, giant, mighty, epic, monstrous, titanic, cosmic, towering, king-sized, king-size, gargantuan,
Which is kind of what William's being telling us all along
On a serious note, I'd go along with your views on Hall.

Tremendous? He scored three tries, one that others probably wouldn't have scored, and he made three other excellent runs. Defensively he was like a child yet again, very poor, and his handling of defensive kicks are completely opposite to attacking ones, in that he gets it so wrong.
Even against such a poor side, Hardaker and Watkins show us again just how much classier these two are to others and would be extremely difficult to replace. Any club owner with any sense would be begging to these players right now to ensure they are long term.
Was pleasantly surprised with Mulhern, looked strong defensively, which is the first thing to get right.
