I think Pearman's involvement and deception is well documented, but when it comes to Ted then things are a little different, this report says he stuck £500k in the pot and I understand that much more money has come from Ted over the years. Ted was affluent, but not rich, and never claimed to be anything other than he was and has been, a fan with a few bob.
