Whilst full credit should be given to Warrington, the idea that they were somehow 'unstoppable' is a nonsense. The only genuinely close to unstoppable British team I've seen was Wigan in its heyday when they really wanted to win. No other side before or since has been unbeatable.

What cannot and shouldn't be hidden is just how poor Leeds were on the day. Quite frankly at times they looked like a rabble.

As a neuteral,I thought ON THE DAY that Wire were the better side.
I am probably putting my foot in it here,but I have always admired Leeds style of play.
Every team has a dip at sometime,and unluckily for you ,it was on cup final day.Can`t see why players have to apologise.They didn`t lose on purpose.
