I listed SL Era in total (447 games) as that info I have to hand. I'll do a list of full backs from 1979/80 to 1995 Centenary Season (without totals) shortly for a definative close on 30 year list.

Mark Conway played at least one game at fullback for Leeds (and he was dreadful)- he played FB for GB Colts I believe.
