Flying friday coming back monday staying in the hotel we stayed in every year in the centre, but a little peeved that i got standing tickets with 2 small kids but at least there will be beer and sun

After reading the weather reports on numerous websites for Perpignan Im sure there will be lot more beer than sun!

Apparantly its rain Friday & Saturday with possible rain on Sunday.

Anyone else read this? Im a little gutted to be honest, I expected to be sat in a nice bar/ cafe or beer garden basking in the glorious sunshine, not watching it chuck it down.

Its my first time in Perpignan... anyone care to cheer me up?

Yes - everything is closed on a Sunday (seriously)

I am going with people who went last year and apparently Sunday is beach day!!

Might be different down on the coast but certainly in the centre of Perpignan its very quiet on Sunday afternoon and evening.
