Just a little confuzzled about our "new shirt sponsor" as can be seen on the website....

Is it me or are there actually no new main sponsors at all?

if we are sticking with what we have, will these companies mentioned be investing more?

Obviously they will be investing more than Frazzle Myboobs at =#0040BFProbiz (by approximately 100%)

it says on Fozzys tweets, that the main sponsor will be announced at the same time as the shirt is revealed

New main shirt sponsor is to be announced at the shirt launch which, I believe, is next week.

I would love see the shirt launched without naming the sponsor!!!!

It's a new main sponsor and to quote Fozz: "there's more money on the shirt than ever before."

And there was me thinking Probiz were gonna give you even more money!

thats what he as put, the shirt & sponsor will be reveled at the same event,

they have also said they will only spend money they can afford to spend, that way we wont end up like some clubs

As long as it isn't chock full of sponsors like an F1 drivers fireproof suit to get more money.

Thinking about it, there's room for probably room for 11 sponsors + ISC and the Cas badge on the shirt alone so hopefully it isn't that

I don't know the ins and outs of the sponsorship issues but if as is being suggested Probiz never handed any cash over to the club why did we have their name on our shirt for a second season and why are we still calling the ground the probiz Coliseum?

just keeping every thing aboth board on are side, there must be a set date for the contract to run, then we will see if the club takes action, thats if the roomers are right

if Cas are owed moneys by them then Cas need to do it right , if we don't get the money, then serve them with a winding up petition, they would do it to us

As for the contractual side of things, that's rumours and the ins and outs will never be stated openly.

Thats the problem, if it was don right, Cas should let the fan know what as gone on, if we have not done it right the Directors should take a long look at them selves, and make shore nothing like this happens again.

There is such a thing as commercial sensitivity and confidentiality. We're a business, things shouldn't just be released into the public willy nilly. Would you like all your financial transactions being released to the general public? I wouldn't.

Probiz have paid only one instalement of 2012's sponsorship. Cas Tigers should be taking them to court over this.

I would argue that that the RFL should also stop them from any involvement with any other member club until this issued is fully investigated and settled.
Unless of course it already has and is, or there is nothing to investigate or settle.
The RFL being aware of anything would amaze me.

Well, if that's true Cas aren't going to do anything until they've fulfilled all parts of the contract they agreed upon i.e. Stadium naming (Ferres said the new name will be revealed in January) and all the associated Probiz logos on the website etc.

This is so only one party is in breach of contract.

Then Cas have the option of court or a winding up petition.



Which means they will have to be sure of winning if they go the WUP route.

If Cas take action and it goes to the Cort's, the ins and outs will be made public, unless, its settled out of Cort, if some one broke a contract with me and i did every thing right on my side, it would not get swept under the carpet,
