My personal opinion is that we will stay in the top eight still by the end of the final games as the remaining fixtures lye in our favour a little. (This providing we beat Quins)

(not sure of exact order)

If we beat Quins we're there, if not we're on a wing and a prayer unless we batter Celtic and reverse our points difference

Can't see Warrington beating KR away.
Can't see Catalan winning again all season.

Sounds stupid but I think it will be us and Bradford in the 8 unless Catalan beat Wakefield.

Been some funny results this season.....dont count your chickens yet.

It is very hard for any team to win in France, more so in late Aug!!! Would not be suprised to see them beat us!

I think Catalan will beat Wakefield.
If Leeds beat Saints then Saints will have nothing to play for in their final game at home to Catalan.

So as I see it Catalan 7th, Cas 8th.

Having thought for most of the season and especially the last few weeks that we'd need 28 points to make the play-offs I now think we could scrape in with only 26 pts.

That said I've just read that Quins have now won only 1 of their last 10 games. Add to that they've not been especially good at home whilst Cas have won 9 from 12 away from home this season and logic suggests we should get a win at Quins.

I started looking at Bradfords prospects (of making the play offs) after they walloped Catalans this weekend. It looks quite possible they will win their final 2 games so provided Wire and Quins win no more than 1 of theirs the only fly in the ointment for the Bulls is Catalans who need 1 more win to ensure finishing above them.

I can't see Saints losing their final league game to Catalans - they'll either go into it having beaten Leeds and so needing something to ensure top spot or will have lost to Leeds so will want a win to improve their form going into play-offs.

That said the Catalans-Wakey game looks as though it could go either way!

I'm reasonably confident Cas will make play-offs, if they beat Quins it'll probably be in 7th. Other place will probably be Catalans or Bradford.

I can see a 1st round trip to Wakey for us in the play-offs...

Have you seen the odds on the grand final winner?

Warrington are bigger favourites to win the grand final than both us, and also Wakefield who are already in the play offs! Tony Smith is a good coach but he can't add points to their total by magic.

40/1 - Warrington
50/1 - Wakefield
66/1 - Cas

What are the odds on Bradford winning? Might be worth a 50p bet?

That is worth a quid or 2 of anyones money!

Certainly think they will win on saturday but then in the Play offs, you just have to think how much Leeds and Saints will turn it on and wont lets any slip ups occur but worth a bet

I had Catalans beating us in round 26 and losing to Saints in final round giving them 26 points.
Cas' to win their last 2 and get 28 points.
Warrington lose to Hull KR and win against Quins - 24 points.
Quins gone and can't see them winning either - 22 points
Bradford to win last 2 and end on 25 points.

As I see it that leaves
Wigan 5th
Wakey 6th
Cas 7th
Catalans 8th

I guess it's impossible to predict though if the rest of this season is anything to go by. Can't see Cas' missing out though.

Our game against quins is a must win and i am sure Quins will be up for it.
