I'm getting my tickets today from the Tigers Den for the games at Catalan. £22 For seating and £10 standing.

I'm taking it us cas fans will be standing??????

didn't realise it was all seater, doesnt look it on some pics of the ground, why the difference in price?

Because some seating is covered and in the grandstand; other seating is uncovered along the side of the field; and where we were last year was uncovered behind the goals. Fortunately it was fantastic weather. I've spoken to a mate who's arrived there this morning and apparently the weather isn't good!

Most of us were on the curved seating area behind the posts at the far end last year.

But being a southern softie these days, I've opted for the covered stand along the touchline – or the 'posh bit' as the lass in the Tigers Den described it on Saturday

I'll go wherever I end up and then probably not remember it on Sunday morning! Although I don't want [ithat[/i Sunday morning hangover again, ever.

the pic of the stand with benches does look like terracing until you see it from above, last time i was a catalan it was carcassone so not been to this ground.

Stade Gilbert Brutus was still being redeveloped in 2006 which is why we didn't play there. If you look at the satellite pic on Google Maps they're still building the grandstand.

I think you're looking at the Aime Giral – the quinzistes' stadium (where the Catalans played in their first year). Google Earth shows Gilbert Brutus with uncovered ends. But last year they were doing building work at the empty end (the near one on Bonzo's pics) – but I think they were building a swimming pool and gym there, not another stand.

So to sum it all up, where are all the Cas fans going to be? Are we all buying the £22 tickets and being put in the same bit or are some getting the cheaper tickets? I was just about to go get my tickets to save messing, but i'm going with a group of people so don't want to end up buying a ticket for somewhere else in the ground to them or every other Cas fan.

all sounds a bit confusing now, why dont they just make it clear when there advise us to buy the tickets in the den?

I think the choices are the open curved end (£10) or the 'away' stand (£22) –on the right in Bonzo's pic. I'm sure there'll be some of us in each (and no doubt some locals in the stand as well – but they're nice people

). The main stand (on the left in Bonzo's pic) is home fans only afaik.

Well that's sorted it then, there's no more tickets left in the Tigers Den! We'll get them when we get there.

Just been told someone has got me a £10 ticket so that's me sorted. Hopefully the weather isn't too bad.

Our tickets last year were in the main stand. We walked in, took one look around, saw the stand was packed out with Catalans fans (and no Cas fans), and headed for the open curved end. There were a lot of Cas fans sat in the end sections of the benched stand as well which aren't covered.

Basically I'd just go for the cheapest tickets available since that what most people have done on the last two visits.

Having said all that, the £22 ticket I bought was for the Tribune Bosom – which I now think is the main stand …

It means you can go in anywhere and sit in unallocated seating. (I think)

cool - where ever is nearest the bar and the travelling army!! i reckon we're gonna take a good 500 going by the number booked up with CST for transfers from Lloret and the number of people saying they are going and have alreayd gone.

i'm sure someone on here said they were also flying form East Midlands - TIGERS ON TOUR 2009!!!

Don't forget you have to buy your blue connect-4 tokens before going to the bar!

oh yes - who'd actually use a system whereby you pay for your beer at the bar - CRAZY!!!

If you go to Chile, anybody who is serving food or drink isn't allowed to handle money and vice versa. Therefore you have to order and pay for what you want and then go to another part of the bar to collect your order.

It's a good thing though if you've got tokens in your pocket and are heading to the bar, whilst everyone else has to go and queue for tokens!
