It's already ruined with the meerkat impersonations.
Any road...
Quote With the land being offered does this now mean that the local authority will have control of the stadium and a bigger slice of the revenue? '"
Hard to know what they've agreed tbh. Previous musings would suggest that the pool (& other) Council provided facilities housed in the complex would be owned by WMDC but managed by Cas. I'd be very surprised if the Council owned the whole stadium though on the strength of a swimming pool.
Quote How long do architectural plans take to draw up? '"
Depends. Don't expect to see anything for at least a couple of months though.
Quote How long is the wait likely to be for full planning permission?'"
I'd guess it depends. If the final design remains entirely within the footprint of the already approved outline design then I'd hope it should sail through with minimum fuss. If not I'd think there may be a few more hoops to jump through.
Quote Was a swimming pool part of the original planning application?'"
Some kind of 'Council facility' clearly was, yes. Whether the original intention was pool, squash court, tennis, five a side, etc, is a moot point.
