Who is there to sign though? Bradford have signed 2 players that would hardly improve our squad, there is no point signing players for the sake of it. As Fax fans we do not seem to be able to find any happy medium, half our fans go around worrying that we are skint and on the verge of going belly up and the other half are worrying we are showing no ambition. I know we will be disappointed to miss out on the top 4 but the reality is considering what went on at the beginning of the season we have done pretty well especially when you can imagine the sort of budget the top 4 are working to and also still managing to finish above Batley who have spent a lot more and will likely have to do what we did this season in preparation for next season.

I honestly thought we would be mid table this season based on our financial challenges and the strength of the league.
We all want success but we have to be realistic. Other than Batley away we have done our best and we just don't have the strength in depth, class and pace to compete with the top four. That's the reality for me but still something to build on.

If we do miss out on the top it will be a disappointment as will the way we have played with the number of errors in a lot of the games.
Although mathematically the top 4 is still attainable, with HKR, Fev and Tools still to play realistically it's probably not.
I still think the lads will give it their best shot and you never know, the club will likely be taking stock on and off the field to the end of the season and see how best to move on.
Next weeks sees the Championship clubs meet about the proposed changes so that will play a significant part in future plans when it all comes out down the line.
