Agreed, if we don't get there then you cannot stand in the way of somebody's progression. Good luck to him if he keeps up his form then I reckon there will be more than just Salford after him, forwards from the Championship have more than proven that they can hack it in SL.

Hope not as Adam has been a ray of light in a poor season so far and we need him to stay he is a fans favourite.

Imports are not allowed a second job, as they enter the country on sports visas which only allow employment by a sports organisation. One of the reasons that overseas players are expensive for part time clubs.

Whilst it should be every players goal to play at the highest level they can would a move to Salford be a forward step? They are A S/L side and doing ok this year, but their recent past has not been covered in glory.
Good luck to the fella whatever happens, he did not have the best career start in England, bided his time and proved his worth. Should also mention whilst expecting the knockers, well done Rhino for signing him in the first place!

He will get a better SL club than Salford if he sticks at it. Sometimes its not always about wanting to earn more money or whatever sometimes its about doing what makes you happy.

This is no disrespect to Tangata, who I think is an exceptional player...

BUT, lets not over do it, I dont think too many SL clubs will be fighting to sign an overseas player, who's a prop and who's never played at SL level. Whilst I have no doubts he would go well in SL, I dont think many clubs would take that punt.

Have to totally disagree,Overseas signings are always risky for a variety of reasons,i would think one that's already here and established would be attractive.He's also played against s/l opposition on several occasions and will again soon..all being well.

Will he count as an overseas player or does he come with some smaller nation dispensation?
