Sorry but I not one of those people who changes my opinion of people just because they wearing a Fax shirt.From what I have heard from friends who are fans of other clubs then unless he changes drastically during the close season he hasn't changed

How can you form an opinion on someone you have never met, never spoke to, who as never said a bad word about you, all you have is other peoples opinions, I for 1 will be making my own opinions based on what I see on the field and what they say when I speak to them.

I've met him, I've spoken to him, I've seen him in action over many seasons and watched him as a junior for years prior to him signing pro. That's why I have an opinion on him. It's based on what I know of him.

I am quite happy to take what my friends say about people as true and as they are fans from a number of other clubs and their comments are the same I have no reason to disagree with them

So long as he does the buisness for Fax and is a good lad in't dressing room I couldn't care less if he's a right !

He said this, she said that blah blah blah... How can you forge an opinion on someone you have never met in person? I know Gareth very well and i also know what rumours have followed him since he was recalled by Leeds when he was last here. Saying he spat his dummy out after not being picked etc. which was a load of rubbish.

People don't like the fact that he can be a thorn in the backside of many clubs or that he will wind up the opposition (Remember that the game is as much about the mind games as it is the hard running/Hitting)

As a person he is a genuinely nice guy, yet you dislike him because your friends at other clubs have badmouthed him?
