Summer Bash fixtures have now been announced! Halifax RLFC's blue and white army will descend on Bloomfield Road to watch the two historic rival clubs battle it out in our first ever Kingstone Press Championship Summer Bash derby.

Halifax RLFC V Bradford Bulls, KO 7pm, Saturday 23rd May 2015.

With the Saturday DAY ticket, you will also have the option to watch the following matches:

League 1 Cup Final ko 12 noon
Workington RLFC V Whitehaven RLFC ko 2:30pm
Sheffield Eagles V London Broncos ko 4:45pm

Don't forget to support your Club by buying your tickets from us! All Season Ticket holders must purchase their discounted tickets over the phone by calling 01422 342 792. Alternatively, you can come to the Shay Stadium between the hours of 9.30 and 17.00, Monday to Friday, to purchase in person.

Those fans who purchased their Season Tickets in the September offer will be eligible for one FREE Summer Bash Ticket per full paying ticket purchased. Those who purchased a Season Ticket AFTER October 8th will receive a £10 off their second Bash ticket purchased.

Unreserved Seating

Unreserved seats are located in the North and South Stand. This type of ticket means customers are free to pick any seat, providing they sit in the unreserved area they have paid for.

Unreserved tickets that are purchased in North Stand permit entry only for North Stand and are unable to allow access into South Stand and vice versa.

Unlike reserved seating, should people vacate their seats, they will not be guaranteed to have the same seats when they return. Please note, some seats will be marked as reserved for wheelchair user’s families and hospitality, these areas must not be used by supporters.



Concessions

As this is an RFL managed event the concession levels are available to:

Seniors aged 65 and over
Students

(with valid identification which will be requested at the turnstiles)

Juniors aged 16 and under
Serving Military

(with valid identification which will be requested at the turnstiles)



Day Ticket Sales

We have day reserved tickets for blocks 'L' and 'K' and unreserved in blocks A - H.





Weekend Ticket Sales

We have weekend reserved tickets for block 'K' and unreserved in blocks A - H.

Customers who purchase weekend tickets, will be issued out one ticket for the whole weekend. These tickets will allow them into the stadium both days.

Doncaster v Hunslet Hawks 3.00pm

Leigh Centurions v Featherstone Rovers 5.15pm









Babes in Arms

Everyone entering the stadium must have a valid ticket including babies. Children under the age of 2 can be issued a ticket free of charge.

Wheelchair Users and Ambulant Disabled Supporters

All wheelchair spaces will be allocated by the RFL.



FAQs – Customer Queries

I have lost my tickets, what should I do?

If tickets have been lost by the customer, they will need to purchase their ticket(s) again. No tickets will be reprinted if the customer has lost them.

I have a season ticket with my club, where can I receive my Season Ticket discount?

Tickets can be purchased through clubs only for supporters to receive their Season Ticket discount, however, the RFL will accept season ticket holder discount for wheelchair users. Call 01422 342 792 to claim your discount.

Can I buy disabled tickets through my club?

Ambulant disabled supporters can purchase tickets through their club. For supporters requiring a wheelchair space, they will need to contact the RFL Ticket Office on 0844 856 1113.

What time does the stadium open on match day?

Turnstiles will open at 11am on Saturday 23rd May 2015 and 11:15 am on Sunday 24th May 2015.

Can I leave the stadium during the day?

Yes, if you get a stamp.

Can I purchase coach, mini-bus or car parking?

Regular parking is still to be confirmed.

A great fixture but is it just me that thinks we are a victim of the RFL's ludicrous ideas here?

Is it fair that we play a full time team on nearly triple our salary cap in an "extra" game for which points are available? We have to play this team three times as opposed to every team playing them twice. Surely The Dulls should be playing The Broncos?

I agree to a certain extent, but I think our real crunch games that will determine our fate will be how we perform with the other part time teams in particular Sheffield who I see as our main threat to 4th spot.

To get 4th spot, we need to have more points than Bradford, London, Leigh and Fev - as well as Sheffield (and everyone else of course!).

I feel that we are a bit behind the 8 ball before the season starts. Every team will be thinking that they will lose to Bulls. Full time squad with some goo players and know we are looking at another 2 points behind everyone else. I agree with the above the RFL should have pitched them against London. Still we all have faith in Fax and RM so if we can take 2 points off the Bulls in any of the 3 games that will be great for us and it is good to have a proper local derby.

Its probably not as bad as it seems, yes its unlikely we will win but the same can be said for Sheffield and Fev. The only ones who will get a `bonus win` are Dewsbury who should take care of Batley.

What we really need to do is beat Leigh the second game in on the back of their game with Bradford. Thats one game we could catch a head start on others if we can catch them cold.

Yes it would have been nice if we had been drawn against the worst team in the division but, wouldn't they have said its unfair?
"The other clubs will only have to play Halifax twice"
Both Leigh and Fev could be saying " the other teams only have to play us twice"
What draw would you prefer?:
Personally I think its great, is it an indication that the RFL see us as serious contenders, after all, the two best games of the weekend taking part at the end of each day between the four teams with the greatest following.
I have booked to see all the games, feel pretty confident I will be able to find a seat at the other games but The Mighty Fax v Bulls, Leigh v Fev, pretty sure I will have some company.
Don't give up before we even start a season, please.

Very good point, both games would attract the big end of day crowd, but perhaps as the season progresses couldn't each team say "its not fair we had to play ***** three times whilst the other clubs etc etc.

You will beat Bradford, after we maul them on the opening day they will be shot for the season - imagine the fun you will have running 60 past them live on Sky and the huge crowds it will bring back as a consequence.

It isn't all that different to us being drawn against huddersfield at magic weekend for last two or three years. Local derby but a wholly pointless mismatch.

I'd imagine you'll give us a far better game than we gave the Giants.

Not sure, their area number of us going but only me going to all the games on Saturday.
