As anyone else seen todays front page of the paper?

Can't see it up on the website at the moment,

But it is saying that the they are going to put the FEV fans in the east stand tonight and keep them away from the fax fans, they will have the use of there own refreshment and toilet areas

Does that mean that they are going to tape off the east stand, put Featherstone fans at one end and us at the other??? Does this also mean that Featherstone fans have to pay £18.00 and cannot get in for £15.00, surely this will put more off and they have already been selling £15.00 tickets in their shop???? Confused.com



This surely sends out the wrong message? We should be welcoming them and showing them that they are safe in all areas of the shay.

I saw it in the shop, Will be interesting to see how they stop people paying in at the South Stand then make them pay £3 more to go in the east.

Really dont think this will be required. Unless they have been given some reason to believe there will be trouble.

I have purchased a copy of the Courier and it doesnt really give any details, jusgt that Featherstone fans would be segregated in the East stand???

The article goes on to say that the police has release CCTV footage of the attack and you can view this on Halifaxcourier.co.uk. Guess what???? NO YOU CANT (its not there).

What the article should have said is you can view this at Halifaxcourier.co.uk sometime later this week, maybe.......

A few things stand out in this video, the amount of witnesses, the celebratory manner of the group hands in the air, the randomness of it it seemed to just happen as though some body was just intent on hitting anybody and most of all the lack of any clear rugby related attire. Its leaves me more convinced than ever that this was a rogue element that could have come from area and who are not regular fans.

Lets hope some body comes forward with some good information and puts this matter to bed.
