He should be given the freedom of Widnes when you get your SL license. Without him dropping the ball you wouldn't have won the NRC and would be relying on the RFL making up another rule for you to qualify.

Looking at it from that point of view, If Black had not dropped the ball then we would be in SL next time. WIdnes would not have qualified and we are the next for getting in this time. That is the game of Rugby League and thats why i love it.

Well if widnes had not got into GF for NR then they would not qualify for the on field criterea, That would leave Halifax, Barrow, Fev & Batley.

None of these reached the 2500 crowd attendance, by hook or by crook we did that part by 9. Batley could never be in SL with that ground. Batley said they wouldn't put in anyway.

Fax have the strongest on field performances over the last 2 years.
Fax have over 2500 attendance
Fax have secured the minimum ten year lease for the stadium with the council.
I don't think any of the teams bar widnes would have done the £1million turnover.

Therefore if widnes was not in contention then we would be the strongest next.

They were not there to prove otherwise were they, They did except it and it was published that we hit the target getting average attendance of 2509.

Nah, I think there is only one team going up this time and that will be you boys, They are not going to let anything happen to Crusaders and so to avoid trouble by dropping both cas and wakey they will just drop one team and put you up, otherwise the fan would be well and truely peppered with feaces.
