Beswick appeared to run well
Black remains class and has a great pair of hand. Just struggled behind a beaten pack.
Paul White was busy and took his try well tho I thought Frank would have taken it himself and improved the angle.

Aizue - It was his first game for a while last night, granted he hasn't been as good as everyone expected.

Ostick - What does the guy have to do? He ran hard, broke the line once or twice. Thats what he should be doing.

3pts Frankie. Only one who was going forward. Involved in 2 or 3 tackles every set of 6 defensively
2pts Shad, thankless task, always took the ball up & looked only one who may have made a break
1pt Luke, only creative player we had.

Thought Beswick went well though for us.

Nobody else really did much last night.

Osticks handling as poor at times. His running definately tailed off after he run into Ben Kaye and Fieldy and got hot hard - he was nowhere near as effective after that. His discipline, particularly when we were on our line giving away daft penalties was just what we needed - obviously not adding to the fax cause any! I've just watched the game again - Ostik was gash - but that's only my opinion. We may well disagree.

Aizue?? Well, - 1st game back or not, he made very little impact, if any at all!

Players like White - who can't half shift, just didn't see enough quality ball! As I said, maybe it's because the halves were playing behind a beaten pack, but you have pace in abundance in the backs - we just didn't see it Thursday!

Can't you just keep these M.O.M. threads to just that - your votes for M.O.M.? There is plenty of discussion on players and the match elsewhere, and it makes it a sight lot easier to sum up the votes without having to sort through the chaff.

I've watched the game again today and i'll stand by what i have observed. He was gash!
But if you think he was ok i'm happy enough with that. Crack on. I hope if we play you again this year all your players play as well as ostik did on thursday!
