Despite the excellent win, I feel I must mention the after game events.

The players had given a good show on the field during the game, supported by a large and vocal following from the Fax supporters.

It would have been appreciated if the players had come down to the seated area of the stand and shared the joy of victory with the people who spend their money on following Fax on the road. I know they acknowledged the group behind the posts but most players just clapped towards the main stand as they headed off the field.

The only players that actually made the effort were Ben and Rob who always makes an effort to acknowledge the crowd.

The supporters want to share the wins with the players and I feel that with a few minutes of added effort after the game, the bond between player and supporter would be greatly enhanced.

Enough of the downside, well done to all the lads today, great effort from all today, just give us a chance to let you all know after the game.

I'm surprised they even dare come down to the North stand after the amount of abuse and racism some of the Leigh fans were giving them!! Dreadful experience.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. When they were heading down towards the centre of the pitch I thought most of them would follow Rob and Ben, but they all slipped off into the changing rooms. Wasn't impressed.

I do think sometimes we can go over the top with our bleating - i thought the players acknowleged the West stand after the match when they left the field

I and plenty of other Leigh fans applauded 'Fax when they came towards the North, don't tar us all with the same brush.

I think this branding Leigh fans like this is ott, don't forget some of our 'fans' gave them a crap time last year. Yes some of the Leigh fans were out of order but alot are sound rugby lads also!

Let me know who they are and I'll stand with them next time, if I dare go!!!!

It just shows me how much Worrincy has grown in stature this season.To me he has improved in every aspect of the game.
I enjoyed cheering him on,especially at the end when he came down to the north stand.Class performance yet again.
Ps...guess he'll never play for Leigh.......

we all said how he improved last season, but has improved even more this year.
if he keeps on improving like this he will be in SL soon.

Aye, he's done a "Miles Greenwood", just hope Rob doesn't pick up a similar mega injury.
