Well done again boys. Another tough game but we won again.Sure we made too many mistakes and allowed Toulouse too much ball but we held out and grabbed a good hard win. Glad we did not smash them as we need to work hard for wins as there will be no easy games from now on in.

I'm suprised some people think that Batley and Leigh wins tomorrow are already in the bank. Whitehaven are playing for a home tie against Widnes in the playoffs. That's a big thing for them. Plus both would rather go into the playoffs on wins then draws. I'd call it 50/50 if whitehaven can get their home game against widnes. Fev are playing their last game at home for the season so they won't want to lose for the fans.

These will be two cracking games tomorrow. I think i'll go to the Fev one as it will be a fiesty local derby.

Well done today fax. Still got a few errors to get out of the system. I'm not bothered so much about the dropped balls. It's the shooting out in defence that worries me the most. We tend to leave ourselves in all sorts of trouble when some one goes early and leave a gap.

I can believe that. Manchester is full of Continental cafe and wine bar types of places. I hear the wine lists took a hell of a battering and the proprietors ran out of cheese boards.

They even set up a road block on Saddleworth Moor and burnt some Sheep.

Too much dropped ball and penalties in the wrong areas of the field let Toulouse in for their tries.. We played a lot better than recent weeks and although looked slightly rusty in attack we still looked good!!

Sorry, but can't believe that. Maybe tonight, and who would blame them!! They played like a team that wanted to win today - no.2 and no.9 would be a decent addition to any team in this division.

We were too strong in the end, but definitely rode our luck at times. My comment after Penky's try in the 2nd half was that we'd used a full match's good luck in one trip up the field!!

You ARE having a laff, Orange Top? The try that big winger "scored" in the corner was deffo a try, the one which would have made it 22-22 with KTC. He banged it down before the touchy flagged against .... 10 minutes to go, we would have struggled!

Toulouse was a very able outfit ... it always makes me laugh when our fans rubbish other teams on here ... they expect our lads to show respect and beat them, and are up in arms if we struggle cos they DON'T show respect, yet the fans don't show respect themselves!! Bizarre? You bet!

Yep, totally agree but lets hope that decison helps bring back the momentum for us as we certainly started to turn on the style again in the last 15 mins

just to say that i was around 5ft from that touch flag when he put the ball down, and he placed the ball on the line. so the linesman was 100% correct.

the winger did well to not touch the flag before putting it down, but shads tackle did just enough

Don't know about that but speaking to the players after the game that is where they were staying. Good bunch of lads they were though.

Deffo a try...ball well down before the flag then we go straight up field and score under the dot.....thats rugby league for you

Another thing which really intrigued me at last night's match was this ....

We only needed a draw to come 2nd, we had a penalty in front of the posts with 10 minutes to go at 22-12, kicking it would have meant Toulouse having to score 3 times in the last 10 minutes to deny us 2nd spot. I was screaming "TAKE THE TWO", nobody else around me seemed to grasp the kick's importance. We lost the ball after running it, they went downfield to make it 22-18 with 8 mins to go. Then we could have blown it with that incorrect disallowed French try.

Even tho' me mate agreed with my thinking, nobody seemed ruffled by this. Or am I missing summat?

I am not being disrespectful. I felt we could always go up a gear if needed and always was going to win that game be it by 1 point or 20 points. Fact.
