ridiculous rumours from fans on the courier site, or something to be interested in?

Been plenty of talk about Flanagan coming back to us but that talk has just been people on here saying they would welcome him back. Nothing from anyone involved with either club. He has been gettin Man of Match awards in reserves whilst playing at 6 and Wigan have stated that some of their reserves need to go out on loan as they are too good for reserve grade rugby. I'd have him back.

Not heard any rumours about Eastmond in any way shape or form. And would be very very surprised if he came to us, especially with Long leaving at end of year.

as I pointed out on the courier website, Eastmond is currently in Saints 1st team & seems to be playing most weeks, so cannot see him coming to us

Not heard this rumour, but am sure their will be a lot flying around at this time of year. According to the saints site this year he has made 1 appearance and 4 appearances from the subs bench. Seems to be held in high regard by saints.

Tbh....cant see Eastmond going on loan to any club in our league as he`s playing 1st team most weeks at Stains.......at the begining of the season yep - but not now.

flanaghan was also 18th man for wigan wen they played wire at helliwell jones couple of wks ago, they sed it on SKY! si it must be true!

It was in one of the League Papers a few weeks back that Wakey and Hull were interested.

As for Eastmond, he isn't playing every week, only some (As far as I know) so if Saints want him to get first team every week thy may look at loaning him out. we might have an increased chance of getting him if he becomes availible as he is Miles' cousin, and both are Oldham based so that'd be convinient for training for him.

Eastmond would be a terrific signing, wouldn't surprise me if saints loaned him out to get him more experience before next season.

I classify Wakefield as over-achievers and I don't see how anyone could rate them otherwise.
