4,500 watching our good friends near Wigan, very good effort when playing London who I can't see bringing many. Still complaining about one of the top refs in the competition as well!!!!!!!

Leigh fans always moan about the ref!! Thought he was poor today but he was poor for both sides!!!

A good crowd indeed as you say, London would have brought even less than Sheffield would


BUT Leythers have been banging on about 5000 plus, perhaps Old Tony is their accountant.

Freezing cold and lashed down hour or so before kick off probably took a few off but 4500 v broncos was a lot more than I thought possible pre season

Ref wasn't biased just useless as he always is, stop start second half in freezing conditions- good win for you lot today

To be honest Maurice, I don't believe officials are biased, nor do I think they are useless, in the stand at the top of the slope at " Mount Pleasant" where all the fans were, ( no one wanted to stand at the bottom in the open air because it was too sunny and hot

All Fax fans around claimed every decision against us was rubbish and the few Bulldog supporters claimed the ref was right but wrong when he penalised Batley.
The officials can't win, but without them there is no game.

A law should e brought in ALL refs must be Ginger , you know it makes sense.

Fair points HJ that's why we are fans of a club, but what I want a ref to do is allow a spectacle for the fans to enjoy - Stokes just created a patchy and slow second half after a pretty enjoyable and pacey first.

If we want to grow crowds we need to make the most of our rules that promote a fast game

ref.Occasionally they get things wrong but i was very impressed with the ref at Batley.
