As an aside, the mobile site doesn't seem to be working properly - at least not for me. If I've viewed a thread on the computer, it doesn't register that I've viewed it next time I look at it on my phone, so I end up wading through stuff I've already read. It also happens the other way around. This has only been happening for a couple of days or so. Anyone know why?

I'm not sure that is a mobile site issue, it is happening on the main site on a normal PC too.

Won't be updated to Android 4.0 though. Hope you're not bothered by that.

Glad it's not just me, it's happening on my work tablet, home lap top, android tablet and android phone. The android phone is the only one I use the mobile site for.

The way that mobile phone providers convinced us all that we NEEDED their products so badly is a text book exaple of supreme marketing, especially for those of us who remember the days of Motorola and AirCall handsets being wired directly to your car dashboard

No, you can get the Galaxy for less, and it's a better phone (assuming smartphones are your thing)

No is the short answer. Get up to date and go for the Samsung galaxy S2, a better phone and platform (Android) all round.

The real price for the handset is well over £400 as you can pick up a SIM only deal with those allowances for around £15

Ouch, 02 were giving the iPhone 4 away for free on £30 tariff with 500mb and texts. Not sure on the duration of contract last month.
As an existing customer Iv just got the 4s handset free, 900 mins, texts, 1gb of net. But I had to threaten to leave first. But I'm more than happy.

I got a HTC sensation from phones4u on Vodafone. The power buttons faulty (sticks). This results in numerous screen shots and trouble turning phone on and off. I just wondered who i am best speaking to re warranty and repair?

My dog found an iPhone yesterday, it appears to be on the 3 network. Is there any way I could call them to see if they can locate the owner. I suppose there is some kind of serial number that is unique to the phone. I feel bad that someone has lost it, they're pretty expensive so I'd like them to have it back.

If it's on a contract of course they could. But the Data Protection act would probably prevent them from legally helping you. A better bet, providing it's not broken, is to turn it on and ring someone obvious, like "Mum" or "Uncle Tony" and tell them your ransom.

It has a password on it, so i couldn't access the contacts. I called 3 and gave them the imei number and they put me through to the owners landline. All worked out pretty well in the end. Hopefully they'll buy me few beers for being a good person.
