Looking into a new contract phone as mines pretty much kicked the bucket.

Comparing the deals, mobiles.co.uk seems pretty decent.

Looking at Samsung Galaxy SII for £31 a month with cashback by redemption. Wondered if anyone could make any better recommendations/review the site.

I think if you are prepared to pay £31 a month you need some counselling. Perhaps you also get excited about watching "podcasts" on a 2 inch screen, and have a 50 inch screen at home. And you don't see how stupid that is....

Why? He might be able to afford it and use his phone enough to make it worthwhile.

I have the SII and I'd recommend it to anyone. I much prefer it to my wife's iPhone. I think she does as well, secretly. Don't reckon you'll find it cheaper than £31 a month.

Nice one. I wouldn't of minded an iPhone, but (AFAIK), you can't change the sim to another phone, as I'd like to use an old phone for nights out etc.

I've never heard that one. I thought any sim could be used in any phone on the same network.

iPhone uses a micro sim, it is a pain.

Adapters are pretty cheap to buy

It's got Siri and it's a little quicker. Those are the only differences.

iv managed to lose my phone again for the 3rd time this year! no insurance and my contract is only up for renewal in august 2012! just wondering does anyone know any cheap phones that have good internet? my main purpose is texting, ringing and just looking at facebook or a few internet forums so decent internet is a must really! dont want to spent alot though as i will be gettin a new contract next august and also more than likely with my track record lose it again!! thanks

iphone 3GS? Plenty of lower end Android phones will see you right for internet and facebook too.

well im not really sure yet what to make my budget. at first i was thinking some where like 50-60 pound as i only want this phone really untill i can upgrade when my contract is up for renewal in august but looking at that link you gave me, it seems quite a decent phone for £100. Do you have any experience with it? ideally i would rather spend abit less but i need something quick and just want to have decent internet browsing with it but do you think this is probably the best i will find for the price?
