What is going on with the League this year??

There just seems to be no direction, fulfilment of fixtures, the website has not been updated, a focus on festivals rather than the league etc etc.....

My prediction is this league will not be running next year

i fully agree with mr wilde. Doesn't seem anyone can be bothered.

The league committe are meeting up shortly to sort the out.

Does seem to have gone t!ts up from the end of last year. We are still in the very early stages of the league though, im sure it will get sorted.

It was updated on Monday with the fixtures and results that i had recieved. Pete has sent me some more over today and they will be updated on the website when i have some spare time.

League, there is a new table going to be uploaded today.

are there any players stats going to be included like last year?

i've sent in the details from the game with hull twice. But still not been updated

3 games cancelled, could easily be first. I know its a tag 'merit' league, but surely an agreement has to be made between how many games each team has to play each other.

I may be totally wrong, but there are some teams who are more interested in these 'festivals' than actually playing games in the league that they are playing in. Thearguments seem to be that it helps to promote Tag Rugby League. Surely the best promotion would be the completion of fixtures and the league, and then a well advertised, open to the public play-off system (which I believe is the format for the grand final day this year) at the end of the season in which most teams will be in attendance, rather than a few at random tournamnets and festivals?

And the ignorance of the "league" we have running is even more obvious with the newest three threads about festivals!!!
