More likely Finnigan at Fullback (if not recalled by the Bulls) - a safe pair of hands. Danny Mills on the wing and with Q at stand-off. It'll be interesting to see how he plays there.

Don't forget Peter Green slots in at hooker as well. Not ideal, but it gives us another option.

I reckon for Batley it'll be Cottle at FB, QLT to Stand Off, keep rest the same and bring Battye onto the bench alongside Heppy, Rowe & McD.

Think Peter Green slotting in at hooker is the equivalent of Dane slotting in at stand off

Only just seen this, gutted wood can't play. I'd move QLT to 6, Finigan to FB and mills back on the wing like Ian said. If not bring in Jamie Cottle for FB he did an okay job earlier this season.

Why would that affect his availability ?

He's already played there this season, EB2.

It's times like these we could really use the versatility of someone like Calden Bravo.

Another great win - solid defence in second half couple of soft tries but onward and upward! Finnigan is a revelation hope we keep him all season ! MOM!

That first half is as good as I've ever seem an eagles team play in all my time watching, and I'm not exaggerating. Really was brilliant. Second half we did why we had to do, defending down that slope is always tough and despite errors and an atrociously inept refereeing display we came out of that adversity with three more points. I thought Vinny was exceptional, Bradfords team must be awesome this year if he can't get in it. Menzie was Menzie as usual, but truly a great team performance.

I expect that we will now lose Hendo for about ten games after being put on report. The only negative of the day really.

Yeah I think we'll lose Hendo too, looked like a nasty one. Agree about Vinny Finigan, awesome again. Support was brilliant again, hope we can keep that up over away games throughout the season, undoubtedly helps the players. Disappointed to give up the bonus point at the end, but ultimately job done.

Fantastic performance from the lads, they dug deep when Batley were camped on our line, I like Finny and Dane, I think Dane's having a great season. Ryan always makes an impact now too, he's much stronger than he was. All in all a good all round performance although 'Q' He concerns me, he's about as good at catching a ball as my Dad is and he's actually looking.

It's not only the highball, he knocks on more than he should too, I'm prepared to give him time

Yes, fantastic 1st half - like the proverbial Juggernaut with Batley as the rabbit in the headlights



I was incensed at Hewer's ineptitude not to penalise the high shot on Rowe, when he was only 3 metres away





2nd half - don't want to sound like a killjoy - but when we needed to play (boring) up-the-jumper 5 drives & a kick with a 90% set completion, the lads went a bit silly with daft off-loads & a horrendous number of missed tackles



However, our Goal line defence was excellent against a Batley side that played with a lot more energy in the 2nd half.

1- 17 great effort, just took our foot off the gas a bit.

Don't know if anyone else caught Tubby's rant with a Batley official before the game with a gripe about somebody (with Rhino there saying he would back Mark up), would like to have known what that was all about.
