Please take note only park either on royd ings avenue or our car park at a cost of a quid, if you park on any slip roads off royd ings avenue you will be clamped release fee £130 I believe. This is nothing to do with the cougars as its private road for businesses, there are warning signs but halfway down the road, I suspect this is to trap folk, they relish clamping folk.
