Didn't have much of an effect at the back end of 2006 though did it? Its quite simple, suddenly dormant Rovers fans start turning up to games, buying shirts etc. This stirs up a dormant FC fan living close by (an adjascent rock perhaps?), and so the cycle goes on.

its hard to say what had the bigger effect, Rovers or the Grand Final. I think they've both boosted it. After 2006 we were in the mindset that one or two arrivals would win SL for us, and we were promised a big impact player in Maivia (icon_surprised.gifopsicon_smile.gif and had just signed Manu who had a great season for Cas etc

and our crowds were annoying at the end of 2006, I bet the extra 3,000 or so who are now going to games wish they'd made more of an effort in 2006!

You see no matter what FC does, theres always someone from either KR or at times there own fans who find someway of trying to put a downer on things. You can tell yourself to make yourself feel better that things are horroundous at FC and KR is the place to be but your just kidding yourself really aint you.

For a team as bad as your making out to say they are only four points beind top place with still half a season to go isn't all that bad. Fc are only one or two right signings away from being a really good side. Granted this may not be this season but you yourslefs have recentley seen that it can take a few seasons to make a team better. I'm sure you'll come back and say that isn't the case but you know your just lieing to yourself to try and make Rovers look more superior.

I agree with you that everything can change season to season us and Cas are two points in question, but why 'O' why do you always revert to the Jimmy Tool school of "Everythings alright we have an 'A' licence" you just don't understand, I would rather have been the Saints for the last 10 years with a 'C' Licence, than the shambles that is Hull FC with an 'A'

Look at it this way only 1 team has scored more points that us this year so far and we have the 5th best defence and only last seasons Grand Finalists have a better points difference than the +106 we have.

we make the least errors and give the least penalties away, thats one reason why we are 7th with such a poor attack

At this point in time i cant see FC getting any points from any of them 4 games but would expect KR to pick up 6 if not all 8.
