Reasons I want Newcastle relegated?

Think there a big club when there not reminds me of someone else that play in black and white

Hate to disagree with a fellow Robin but if a club attracts 52,000 when battling relegation and has one of the best Premiership away following's, they're a very big club IMO.

Newcastle fall more into the 'should be a big club' bracket don't they?

Kinda I guess, in that they are undoubtedly underachievers to say the least. Even during the 'Entertainers' era of the mid-90's they won sod-all!

I see your point, but with the injury to Ben foster, he may want to keep Thomas Kuszczak and Van Der Sar safe and fit, don't think he'd be too happy if Van Der Sar was to get injured at the start of the Champions league final, and only have a young lad on the bench, were as City's game is a throw away game for them.

That seems fair, and probably the team I'd expect him to play, Fergie might even throw Eckersley or James Chester in the back four.

At the start of the season i expected city to not be as bad as Derby but all ready relegated by this stage - just to have a chance of staying up on the last game of the season is a fantastic achievement

I have been very dissapointed with the so called 'best league in world' this season though; the standard of football is no better than the top half of the championship, the only difference being the extra few million to spend on a player to put it in the back of the net

The best footballing team were either Chelsea at home who were awesome or west ham who played some of the best passing football i have ever seen

Just been announced on sky sports news that Kuszczak will be playing: not a bad player but is prone to the odd mistake which hopefully city will benefit from

If I was the FA I'd dock Man U 20 points for next season if they play anything other then a full-strength side.

Still so torn about this weekend - will feel for City if they go down, but have followed the Magpies since primary school. The thought of them going down after all those years in the Premiership and the joy they brought to people with their style of play is hard to take.
