I think most of the clubs are quite evenly matched this year, so I think home advantage will count for a lot. I would say Wigan are favourites for friday, but we'd probably be if it was at CP. I just hope we build on some very promising signs from sunday.

Quite often the first 13 players listed in Justins 19 man squads actually are the 13 that start the match. Jason Netherton to start at looseforward in a Ben Harrison type role?

Cant see it myself, same as last week Morgs kind of hinted at.

He did, but he also said pre-season that in some games he would go with more grunt in the pack and pick a different style of looseforward accordingly.
I wouldnt be surprised to see Netherton start at 13 for the first quarter and then Cooke move to 13, Webster to 6 and Cockayne come off the bench into the centres.

Although we got beat, last years game v HKR at Wigan was one of my favourites. It was brutal but fair.
It also had controversy with Dobson scoring after the hooter had been blown prior to the final tackle of the first half (I'd always accused referees of being blind before that, but never deaf

i said wigan by 16 ! i wasnt too far away was i ? and as for last seasons well oiled machine that WAS last season ,and not much tinkering needed you was wrong also , they are lightweight upfront and will struggle without the forwards strengthening ! and this was not down to what i read ! played and watched the game enough to see this coming

well oiled machine went a miss last night ! the side is lacking in the forwards . and it was all there for us all to see last night, its going to be a long season
