It seems a bit unfair this...we discuss openly and the Aussie steal our ideas (which is normal I know)...yet they have their own secret little forum.
This is not so much a problem on this task as it will be independently judged, however it may well affect tasks in the future!

Subs absolutely - if someone gets bored and drops out. And they can be consultants (water carriers

). We'll do a team tally of challenges won as well as having a individual winner, so they can contribute to the Newcastle cause.
