Well, the areas premier washing and tumble dryer repair man came around, Mr. Lau. He's great is Mr. Lau, he speaks Chinglish so I'm not entirely sure. The conversation went something like this.

Me; "So, what's up with it Mr. Lau?"
Mr. Lau; "It fockin sensor. There heat, but sensor fockin focked.
Me; "Erm, can you fix it?"
Mr. Lau; (Sticks head and half of upper body back in tumble dryer whilst holding a mag light in his mouth and using the only tools I've ever seen him own; a Philips screw driver and a pair of needle nosed pliers).
"Oh, I ka fockin fix it but sensor not worth replace. Cost lot. Cost fockin lot."
me; "Is it worth doing or should I just get a new one?"
Mr. Lau; "Well it go heat. Just no fockin sensor. Can still use timer. work then. Sensor fockin cost lot. Can use timer."
Me; "Right okay, how much do i owe you?"
Mr. Lau; "Twen fockin qui."

Roverswall, this is really how he speaks, I don't think he thinks there's anything wrong with it, (there isn't to me, sometimes I break the washing machine just to get him to come round) he's not in any way aggressive, he's a very quiet lovely man. So I don't think it's really swearing, he doesn't say the proper words, more words he's mashed together.

I was initially really disappointed when I logged on as I'd only got four tickets out of sixteen. First two are weight lifting which was a bit of an after thought really, second two, had to look twice. Men's 100 metre final! Get in. That session also includes the women's 400 metre final.

Thought about seeing if I could get tickets for myself and my Mancunian Mrs for the recent CL final. Nearly impossible, and when you can watch it at home for nothing I would have been struggling to justify the price of a pretty decent weeks holiday. And they were clearly going to lose.

Well done on the tickets. My dad got the football final, I won't be joining him I don't like London, incidentally we're off there on the 8th, Take That.

£295 each, they're category B tickets. Ludicrous I know, but it's an experience and a memory that will last a lifetime for me. Every time it's on television I'll think "I was there." It's a lifetime ambition and one which will probably never happen again.
