Ok I'm going to put some meat on the bones of my Leicester City analogy with fc.i can't see another season like last year happening again.saints missing whole back line.cas minus double figures,wigan same catalans lost big chunks of key players.ourselves short handed all season.leeds and hudds going top 4 to bottom 4.only fc and wolves stayed fit for majority of league season but even warry got key injuries come play offs .It was fluke circumstance but that wasn't hulls concern.i don't like hull fc but I have respect for them as a solid team playing as a team with real hard veterans.i will watch this season from our championship but I don't see hull troubling the silverware again.just my opinion and un an ideal world we will see you in middle 8s.unlikely but not beyond belief

I though we looked quicker, fitter, and more structured than we have for a long time albeit against limited opposition sheens seems to have worked on abdull and ellis was pretty impressed with them, also clark and mulhearn and addy in the forwards for hull the big lad masonga looked promising think maybe sheens could do something for him for a year didn't know quite what to expect today came away pretty pleased but still early days

I know a lot of rovers fans weren't pleased when you signed abdul but I think he's a very talented player who just needs some game time and championship is the ideal level for him at this stage in his career. He's a better player than ellis IMO who is pretty limited and championship is his level

Can't read anything into that game, hopefully no injuries, pretty surprised at Radfords selection of so many youngsters for this game. Not sure what he was hoping to get out of the game to be honest, as for Rovers a good opportunity to throw 9 debutantes in and try a few things and as I said hopefully no injuries.

Spectacularly ignoring the context of the post there.both sets of fans will watch from respective teams competition and have interest in how each other performs.im not trolling it's a genuine opinion that will only be proved right or wrong by events on pitch.places 6 to 12 are wide open,more so than last year.the talk from fc pals of mine is top 4 minimum.i don't think so.opinions innit and it ain't sour grapes or pints of theakstons just my thoughts.

Yesterday was a no win situation for us ,win and it was expected lose and it would have been a disaster I wasn't going to go but ended up going just to see how the new players went wasn't bothered that it was a derby I like the style we're going to play I just wonder what last season would have been like had we had Sheens in charge
